Zilka Construction has served the needs of the region’s homeowners and businesses for over 20 years. We are very much a local, family-owned and operated company, with a highly experienced team of seasoned craftspeople.
Over those two decades, there are very few types of jobs that we haven’t handled, addressing everything from remodeling kitchens and bathrooms, to building complete homes.
Regardless of the project, we bring our passion and expertise to deliver the best possible result, for a fair price; and we do it proudly.
We take our role in preserving and enhancing the area’s wonderful architecture very seriously, but also in what we contribute to the local community and its sustainability.
Our approach is to be as green as possible, utilizing low-emission, electric, and hydraulic tools and donating all recovered materials to Portland's Rebuilding Center.
