'The Zilka family has lived in the Pacific Northwest for three generations, with a long history in the region’s construction industry, and a deep appreciation for the huge variety of architectural styles and periods the area provides.

 

From the start of my career, I loved engaging with my family on these properties, learning how to do work that I could be proud of; work that would last, and so when it became time to begin my own chapter, I formed Zilka Construction.

 

Zilka Construction has served the needs of the region’s homeowners since 2003, and we expanded our offerings to include Zilka Basement Windows in 2007. While our original focus had been on the area’s homes, our growing reputation meant that we were now also being commissioned by local and national businesses. During this time we also identified these businesses' need for specialized concrete work and formed Zilka Concrete Cutting.

 

While these expansions continue to strengthen our overall expertise, Zilka Construction

was, and still is the foundation on which we have built our business.
